Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of dasatinib in multiple myeloma (MM), cytokine release syndrome (CRS) and immune effector cell-associated neurotoxicity syndrome (ICANS), sponsored by University Hospital Würzburg. Primary endpoints: Number of TEAEs and DLT rate and Frequency and severity of any grade CRS. Planned start Feb 2024; status: authorised.
