Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in Acute Heart Failure (AHF) comparing AP-01 (g-strophanthin) intravenous add-on with Placebo intravenous add-on (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Reduction of lactate during 90 minutes after first dose and Reduction of NT-proBNP 72 hours after first dose. Planned start Mar 2024; status: withdrawn.
