Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of dordaviprone and paxalisib in diffuse midline glioma (DMG), diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG) and glioma (6 cohorts), sponsored by Princess Máxima Center for Pediatric Oncology. Primary endpoints: Progression-free survival at 6 months in Cohorts 1 and 2 and Overall survival at 7 months in Cohort 3. Started May 2024; status: suspended.
