Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in myelofibrosis (MF) comparing Luspatercept plus concomitant JAK2 inhibitor with Placebo plus concomitant JAK2 inhibitor (2 arms). Primary endpoint: RBC transfusion independence over any consecutive 12-week period. Planned start Feb 2021; status: authorised.
