Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in chronic heart failure (CHF) and chronic kidney disease (CKD) comparing Balcinrenone + dapagliflozin with Dapagliflozin alone (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Time to first occurrence of composite of cardiovascular death, heart failure hospitalisation, or heart failure event without hospitalisation.
