Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in cardiac morbidity, atherosclerotic disease and lipoprotein(a) hyperlipoproteinemia (Lp(a)) comparing Pelacarsen with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Expanded MACE in patients with Lp(a) >= 70 mg/dL and Expanded MACE in patients with Lp(a) >= 90 mg/dL. Started Mar 2020; status: completed.
