Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in age-related macular degeneration (AMD) comparing Danicopan (ALXN2040) with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Change from baseline to Week 52 in the square root of total GA lesion area in the study eye as measured by fundus autofluorescence. Started May 2024; status: completed.
