Phase 2, open-label trial of sacituzumab tirumotecan, patritumab deruxtecan, ramucirumab and paclitaxel in gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma, gastric adenocarcinoma and esophageal adenocarcinoma (EAC) (2 arms), sponsored by Merck & Co.
