Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) comparing Fuzuloparib + Abiraterone Acetate + Prednisone with Placebo + Abiraterone Acetate + Prednisone (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Radiographic progression-free survival in unselected mCRPC subjects and Radiographic progression-free survival in DRD-positive mCRPC subjects.
