Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial in opioid-induced constipation (OIC) comparing Movicolon (macrogol/electrolytes) with Magnesium hydroxide (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Constipation at day 14 (Bowel Function Index <30). Planned start Oct 2024; status: authorised.
