Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of tegafur, gimeracil, oteracil potassium, folinic acid, irinotecan and 3 more in colorectal cancer (CRC) (2 arms), sponsored by Central Denmark Region. Primary endpoint: Rate of patients free from recurrent colorectal cancer at 2 years after inclusion. Planned start Dec 2023; status: authorised.
