Overview
Phase 3, randomised trial of blinatumomab, pegaspargase, Asparaginase and bortezomib in t-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL), mixed phenotype acute leukemia (MPAL) and acute undifferentiated leukemia (AUL) (2 arms), sponsored by Universitätsklinikum Schleswig-Holstein. Primary endpoints: Event-free survival (EFS) for R-eHR, R-HR, R-T randomizations and Disease-free survival (DFS) for R-MR randomization. Planned start Jul 2024; status: authorised.
