Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) comparing Pegozafermin with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Fibrosis improvement without worsening of steatohepatitis and Resolution of steatohepatitis without worsening of fibrosis. Planned start Nov 2024; status: authorised.
