Overview
Phase 2 trial of capecitabine, fluorouracil, oxaliplatin and folinic acid in gastrointestinal cancer, colorectal cancer (CRC) and colon cancer (2 arms), sponsored by Unicancer. Primary endpoint: Proportion of FP-induced grade ≥ 3 haematological and gastrointestinal toxicity after 2 cycles. Planned start Nov 2024; status: authorised.
