Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of acalabrutinib in chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/SLL) (2 arms), sponsored by AstraZeneca. Primary endpoints: Frequency and time to discontinuation due to cardiovascular worsening or cardiovascular adverse events, Incidence of Grade 4 and 5 cardiovascular events of interest and 1 more.
