Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in pemphigus vulgaris (PV), pemphigus foliaceus (PF), cicatricial pemphigoid (CP) and 3 more comparing Proleukin with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Regulatory T-cell response (AUC of Treg counts day 1–57) and Clinical response at day 57 (absolute change, z-standardized). Planned start Apr 2024; status: authorised.
