Phase 4, randomised trial in chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) comparing Frontline nilotinib (Tasigna) with Frontline imatinib (Glivec) with switch to nilotinib (2 arms). Primary endpoints: MR4.5 rate at 24 months and Sustained treatment-free remission at 12 months after TKI discontinuation. Started Oct 2016; status: completed.
