Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in erosive hand osteoarthritis (EHOA) comparing Methotrexate Pfizer with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Difference in self-reported finger joint pain previous 48 hours on a visual analogue scale (VAS; 0-100 mm) at 6 months of treatment. Planned start Feb 2024; status: authorised.
