Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody-associated vasculitis (AAV), granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) and microscopic polyangiitis (MPA) comparing Iptacopan + rituximab + glucocorticoids with Placebo + rituximab + glucocorticoids (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Sustained remission through Week 48. Planned start Nov 2024; status: authorised.
