Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of brentuximab vedotin in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) and primary mediastinal large B-cell lymphoma (PMBCL), sponsored by HOVON. Primary endpoints: Serious toxicity rate during cycle 1–2 of BV-R-DHAP (Phase I part), Metabolic complete response rate after 3 cycles of BV-R-DHAP (Phase II part) and 1 more. Planned start Nov 2024; status: authorised.
