Overview
Phase 2, randomised trial in cardiac morbidity, Systemic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (SIRS) and critical illness comparing Vitamin C (Pascorbin) with Control (standard of care) (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Area under the curve of serum IL-6 from baseline to 72 hours after surgery. Started May 2024; status: completed.
