Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of levodopa + benserazide, apomorphine, rifaximin and domperidone in Parkinson's disease (PD) (4 arms), sponsored by Radboud University Medical Center. Primary endpoints: Responder proportion: apomorphine versus levodopa and MDS-UPDRS-III change OFF-ON (post- vs pre-treatment), rifaximin vs placebo. Planned start Dec 2024; status: authorised.
