Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in atherosclerotic disease comparing Inclisiran plus background lipid-lowering therapy with Placebo plus background lipid-lowering therapy (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Time to first occurrence of cardiovascular death, non-fatal myocardial infarction, or non-fatal ischemic stroke. Planned start Nov 2021; status: authorised.
