Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of CD19-CAR_Lenti T cell in autoimmune rheumatic diseases (ARDs), sponsored by Policlinico Gemelli. Primary endpoints: Incidence and severity of cytokine release syndrome (CRS) and immune effector cell-associated neurotoxicity syndrome (ICANS) and Incidence and severity of infections and hematologic toxicities.
