Phase 2, open-label trial of metformin, alpelisib, fulvestrant, letrozole, exemestane and 2 more in breast cancer and hyperglycemia (3 cohorts), sponsored by MEDSIR. Primary endpoints: Rate of grade 3–4 hyperglycemia over first 8 weeks (Cohorts A and B) and Rate of permanent discontinuation of alpelisib due to related adverse events over first 8 weeks (Cohort C).
