Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of romidepsin in peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL), angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL) and anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL), sponsored by Fondazione Italiana Linfomi. Primary endpoints: Incidence of dose-limiting toxicity (DLT) of Ro-CHOEP-21 (Phase I) and Progression-free survival at 18 months (Phase II, ITT). Started Oct 2024; status: completed.
