Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of carfilzomib, lenalidomide and dexamethasone in multiple myeloma (MM), sponsored by Oslo University Hospital. Primary endpoints: Proportion of PET-CT positivity after standard first line therapy and Change from PET-CT positivity to PET-CT negativity after 4 cycles of KRd consolidation.
