Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial in Ewing sarcoma, neuroblastoma and Nonhematologic neoplasms comparing Palbociclib + irinotecan + temozolomide, Palbociclib + topotecan + cyclophosphamide and Irinotecan + temozolomide comparator (3 arms).
