Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial in non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), high-grade B-cell lymphoma with MYC and BCL2 and/or BCL6 rearrangements (HGBL-DH/TH) and 4 more comparing Point-of-care ARI-0001 with Commercial Yescarta (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Progression-free survival from date of IMP infusion. Planned start Oct 2022; status: authorised.
