Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in inflammatory cardiomyopathy, dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) and Left ventricular noncompaction cardiomyopathy (LVNC) comparing Prednisolone + mycophenolate mofetil with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Absolute increase in LVEF at 12 months (MRI) and Proportion of patients with LVEF increase ≥10% at 12 months (MRI). Started Oct 2024; status: completed.
