Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of venetoclax, obinutuzumab, ibrutinib, cytarabine, daunorubicin and 13 more in acute myeloid leukemia (AML), myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) and chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/SLL) (4 arms), sponsored by Medizinische Hochschule Hannover. Primary endpoints: Frequency of MRD-negative CR/CRi/CRh after 1-2 cycles, Frequency of first on-treatment uMRD and 2 more. Planned start Dec 2025; status: authorised.
