Overview
Phase 3, randomised trial in major depressive disorder (MDD) and treatment-resistant depression (TRD) comparing Ketamine plus electroconvulsive stimulation with Placebo plus electroconvulsive stimulation (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Change in depressive symptoms (MADRS) from baseline to Day 28. Planned start Feb 2025; status: authorised.
