Overview
Phase 4, open-label, single-arm trial of botulinum toxin type A in Congenital talipes equinovarus (CTEV) and stroke, sponsored by UZ Leuven. Primary endpoints: Muscle volume measured by 3D freehand ultrasound (3DfUS) and Muscle activity during fast stretch measured by EMG RMS (ISA). Planned start Dec 2024; status: authorised.
