Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of navtemadlin in primary myelofibrosis (PMF), post-polycythemia vera myelofibrosis (PPV-MF) and myelofibrosis (MF) (3 arms), sponsored by Kartos Therapeutics. Primary endpoints: Part A: Spleen volume reduction ≥35% at Week 24 and Part B: Spleen volume reduction ≥35% at Week 24. Planned start Nov 2024; status: authorised.
