Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of glofitamab, polatuzumab vedotin, rituximab and obinutuzumab in aggressive B-cell lymphoma, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), High-grade B-cell lymphoma with MYC and BCL2 rearrangements (HGBL-DH) and 1 more, sponsored by Institut für Klinische Krebsforschung. Primary endpoint: 1-year progression-free survival rate (first 80 patients). Planned start Nov 2024; status: authorised.
