Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in pulmonary hypertension associated with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (PH-HFpEF) and heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) comparing TX000045 with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change in pulmonary vascular resistance at Week 24 and Safety and tolerability. Planned start Dec 2024; status: authorised.
