Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of valproic acid, panitumumab and irinotecan in colorectal adenocarcinoma and metastatic colorectal adenocarcinoma (mCRC) (2 arms), sponsored by Istituto Nazionale Tumori IRCCS Fondazione Pascale. Primary endpoints: Progression-free survival rate at 16 weeks and Progression-free survival rate at 8 weeks. Planned start Dec 2024; status: authorised.
