Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of durvalumab and rintatolimod in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PDAC) and pancreatic cancer (PDAC), sponsored by Erasmus MC. Primary endpoints: Recommended phase II dose (RP2D) and dose-limiting toxicity (DLT) in Phase Ib and Clinical benefit rate at 6 months in Phase II. Planned start Aug 2024; status: authorised.
