Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of VX-993 in diabetic polyneuropathy (DPN), diabetes mellitus type 1 (T1D) and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) (3 arms), sponsored by Vertex Pharmaceuticals. Primary endpoint: Change from baseline in weekly average of daily pain intensity on the numeric pain rating scale (NPRS) at Week 12. Planned start Mar 2025; status: authorised.
