Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of rocuronium, Sugammadex and succinylcholine in respiratory distress syndrome (RDS) (2 arms), sponsored by Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Bordeaux. Primary endpoint: Proportion of patients with severe intubation-related complications during the first hour after intubation. Planned start Jan 2023; status: authorised.
