Oral Verapamil in Children With Recent Onset Type 1 Diabetes

Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in diabetes mellitus type 1 (T1D) comparing Verapamil with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Frequency of adverse events (AEs) and serious adverse events (SAEs) during the study period (Part A) and Change in C-peptide AUCmean 0–120 min during MMTT (Part B).
