Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of nab-paclitaxel, gemcitabine, oxaliplatin, irinotecan, fluorouracil and 1 more in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PDAC), sponsored by Institut du Cancer de Montpellier. Primary endpoints: Non-progression rate at 4 months (SEQ1 success rate) and Rate of radiotherapy-related acute digestive non-toxicity within 90 days. Planned start Aug 2024; status: authorised.
