Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of elotuzumab, carfilzomib, lenalidomide and dexamethasone in multiple myeloma (MM) (2 arms), sponsored by University Hospital Würzburg. Primary endpoints: MRD-negative VGPR or better after induction and 3-year progression-free survival rate during maintenance. Planned start Aug 2018; status: authorised.
