Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of aliskiren and enalapril in Complement 3 glomerulopathy (C3G), dense deposit disease (DDD) and C3 glomerulonephritis (C3GN) (2 arms), sponsored by Region Skåne. Primary endpoints: Serum C3 during the cross-over study and Serum C3 and complement deposition in renal biopsies during the extension study. Started Jul 2024; status: completed.
