Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) comparing Ipatasertib + atezolizumab + neoadjuvant chemotherapy with Atezolizumab + neoadjuvant chemotherapy (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Pathologic complete response in all randomized patients, Pathologic complete response by PIK3CA/AKT1/PTEN alteration subgroup and 1 more. Started Oct 2024; status: completed.
