Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of [18F]-FAPI-74 in connective tissue disease-associated interstitial lung disease (CTD-ILD), pulmonary fibrosis secondary to systemic sclerosis (SSc-ILD), interstitial lung disease (ILD) and 1 more, sponsored by Policlinico Gemelli. Primary endpoint: FAPI PET/CT uptake metrics and comparison between progressive and non-progressive CTD-ILD phenotypes. Planned start Nov 2024; status: authorised.
