Remibrutinib versus placebo in adults with chronic urticaria

Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in chronic inducible urticaria (CIndU) and chronic idiopathic urticaria (CIU) comparing Remibrutinib with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Absolute change from baseline in weekly most bothersome symptom Numeric Rating Scale score on the Urticaria Symptom Daily Diary at Week 6 and Absolute change from baseline in weekly Urticaria Control Test 7 score at Week 6.
