Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial in kidney allograft rejection comparing Standard tacrolimus + mycophenolate mofetil regimen with Low-exposure tacrolimus + everolimus regimen (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Incidence of individual endpoints of death, graft loss, eGFR below 30 ml/min/1.73m2 at Month 12, Incidence of individual endpoints of death, graft loss, eGFR below 30 ml/min/1.73m2 at Month 24 and 17 more.
