Overview
Phase 3, open-label, single-arm trial of CD1a chimeric antigen receptor T cells in t-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) and T-lymphoblastic lymphoma (T-LBL), sponsored by OneChain Immunotherapeutics. Primary endpoints: Number of grade III-IV adverse events related or possibly related to OC-1 and Proportion of patients with specified delayed toxicities. Planned start Apr 2025; status: authorised.
