Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of carfilzomib, lenalidomide, cyclophosphamide and dexamethasone in multiple myeloma (MM) (4 arms), sponsored by University of Turin. Primary endpoints: Rate of very good partial response or better at cycle 4 and Progression-free survival in the two maintenance arms. Started Jan 2025; status: completed.
